If you have given birth to a son or daughter it is very important to apply for a Residency Visa For New Born Baby in Dubai. The main reason to apply for a residence visa is that the child has 120 days to secure one from birth. A child will not be allowed to leave UAE and fines will be imposed every succeeding day after a grace period of 120 days. To be a qualified sponsor for your child you must have a minimum of 4000 AED salary.
Steps For Applying Residency Visa For New Born Baby in Dubai
The following are the main steps for applying residence visa for a newborn,
- Step 1: Visit our amer center Inside Al Qouz Mall with required documents.
- Step 2: Apply for Emirates ID under the category of New Born Baby in UAE (AED 386.05)
- Step 3: Apply for Residency visa under the category of New Born Baby in UAE (AED 510)
Please note: If In case, the sponsor does not pay the file opening fee before then need to pay for file opening fee which is AED 233. It is one time payment for all other family member under the same sponsor. - Step 4: Once the Application has been successfully completed you will be receiving an email with the attached copy of Application form.
-Emirates ID Requirement: The Emirates ID application must be completed prior to submitting the residency visa application.
- Residency Visa Approval: Residency visa approval typically takes up to 5 working days. Once approved, the Emirates ID Authority will begin processing your Emirates ID card. Expect to receive the physical Emirates ID card within a week via courier.
-In Case of Delay: For any delays regarding the residency or Emirates ID card for your newborn Residency visa process, please contact the Amer Center Support Team either in person or via WhatsApp for assistance. -File Opening Fee: If the sponsor has not paid the file opening fee in immigration, they will need to pay AED 233. This is a one-time payment that applies to all family members under the same sponsor.
